Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Same or next business day dispatch for in-stock and made-to-order items.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Domestic (U.S.)

  • Free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

  • Typical transit time: 3–5 business days (carrier and destination dependent).

  • We ship most orders via USPS or UPS with tracking.

International

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • Typical transit time: 7–21 business days (customs and local carrier processing can extend this).

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are paid by the recipient at delivery (DDU). We can’t predict these charges—check your country’s import rules before ordering.

  • If your country restricts lighters or lithium-battery items, we’ll cancel and refund.

Important Item Notes

  • Engraved & Sublimated Windproof Lighters (butane style): ship empty/unfilled per carrier safety rules. You’ll need to add fuel after delivery.

  • Musical Arc Lighters (USB rechargeable): contain a small lithium-ion battery. Shipped in compliance with carrier regs; some destinations/carriers may be unavailable.

Packaging & Damage

  • Items are packed securely to arrive in display-ready condition.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item so we can make it right.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address; once shipped, we can’t reroute packages.

  • If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us—we’ll help.

Out-of-Stock / Delays

  • On rare occasions an item may be temporarily out of stock. We’ll notify you promptly and offer a refund or the option to wait.
